Our staff and interns are specially trained to help traumatized people feel better by helping them to resolve the traumas that brought them to us.
We are a private, non-profit organization that specializes in helping people from all walks of life, from many different ethnic and racial backgrounds recover from diverse overwhelming life experiences. All of our staff are trauma-informed and our clinical staff are Certified Traumatologists. We provide a holistic, empowering, person-centered service, mainly utilizing Traumatic Incident Resolution (Reduction) as the treatment to integrate traumatic memory. We have utilized validated measurements for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, depression and anxiety since our inception. We know that anyone completing our services posttests without those disorders.

The mission of the TRC is to provide relief from traumatic and accumulated stress. The main services of the agency include individual trauma-specific treatment and psycho-educational groups. As part of our holistic service, Eastern practices such as breathwork, yoga and meditation are offered, as well as advocacy, massage, chiropractic and medical for adults and children. Community resiliency programming includes training trainers in the community on simple, but powerful stress relief techniques. Schoolbased programming includes the Yoga Ed curriculum, individual treatment, tutoring, art and service projects. Our holistic services include evaluations for court and expert testimony for refugees and victims of violence. We provide training in our agency model to other agencies, healers and mental health professionals.
